Blueprint Trading App users can request deletion of their account and associated data from this public page—without opening or signing into the mobile app.
How to submit your request

Start the request
Use the email action on this page. It opens a message to Blueprint Fintech Solutions Ltd with the subject “Blueprint Trading App — Account Deletion Request”.

Identify the account
Send the request from the email associated with your account where possible, and provide your Blueprint username. Do not include a password, OTP or sensitive payment details.

Complete ownership verification
Blueprint must verify that the requester owns or is authorised to act for the account before deletion is processed. Additional non-sensitive account information may be requested where necessary.

Receive an outcome
The support team will review the verified request and send an outcome that distinguishes completed deletion from any records that must be retained. Sending the email does not itself mean deletion is complete.
